How it works
Who's Eligible to Participate: Anyone can participate. It's completely free. All you need is to create an account with us and make sure you shop logged in with that registered account. You can earn free jewelry from our reward jewelry catalog or discount with exclusive coupon codes.
Reward Points Distribution: 1 Gold point is granted per dollar spent purchasing jewelry with Joolwe.com Online Jewelry Store. Reward points earned from each purchase will be put on hold, thus not redeemable, for 30 days in case of customer return. If you are sure that you are not returning jewelries from a purchase you can contact us at service@joolwe.com to have your points approved instantly!. Jewelry Deal of the Day is not eligible for reward point as they are sold at below cost
Additional Ways to Earn Reward Points: Besides making purchase at Joolwe.com, additional reward points can be earned by the following methods:
- (1) Write Review on Items you have purchased. No reward point will be granted to reviews on items you have not purchased - 3 Gold Points
- (2) Subscribe to our newsletter - 3 Gold Points
- (3) Blog about Joolwe.com and our reward program. (see Submission form for more detail) - 30 Gold Points
- (4) Be a guest writer for our blog (Original article only). - 10 Gold Points per article

Using Your Reward Points: There are currently two ways to use your reward points
- (1) Redeem jewelries for free. Redeemable jewelries can be found at Joolwe's shop by -> redeemable jewelry catalog section. You can redeem jewelries by going to the product page. Before you add the jewelry into the shopping bag, elect to use "redeem" by using the drop down menu "Use Your Point". It will tell you how much reward point this item will cost. There's a $3.99 handling charge per free jewelry redeemed.
- (2) Obtain discount and other deals via Point Redemption Code. You may use your Reward Points to obtain discount on your regular purchase. To obtain discount, simply use the scroll bar or the "+" and "-" button in the Use Your Point Section during checkout page. Discount will be applied to your shopping cart immediately.
